This beautiful home is located in the Historic district of downtown Napa. The home was built in the early 1900’s and has been fully restored (December 2007). This centrally located Napa wine valley home with its beautiful original wood floors, ceilings, and doors makes it a charming getaway.
The house has 2 bedrooms. The large bedroom has a king-size bed with plenty of room. The second bedroom has a day bed, a writing desk with the ability for high speed internet access. This is a cozy room that you can curl up with your favorite book, listen to music via the Bose radio system, or conduct business while away from home.
The newly upgraded kitchen was done in an early 1900 wine country theme, however with modern appliances. The appliances included are: Gas Range, Microwave, Dishwasher, Garbage Disposal Unit, Combo Freezer Refrigerator, Toaster, Coffee Maker and all flatware, silverware, Calphalon cookware and utensils.
The living room has all leather furniture, flat screen television with digital DirectTV. Watch your favorite movies or enjoy the local entertainment and news.
The bathroom is completely restored with a soaker tub with shower enclosure. Enjoy a nice quiet relaxing bath or shower with our European bath products. Luxurious monogramed bathrobes and slippers are provided.
Laundry facilities (Washer/Dryer) are located in the downstairs storage area. Iron and ironing board provided.
Plenty of street parking available with no time limits.
